**Technical Service and Applications Manager Personal Care North Latam**
**Responsibilities.**
**Essential Job Functions**
- Be aligned with internal policies, Lubrizol culture and Ethics code
- Lab maintenance, following all the Safety and Hygiene procedures
- Lead the Personal care Technical team, to meet the business targets and to have professional development
- Lead the process to develop new projects and innovation with key customers
- Maintain the lab equipment and coordinate the lab needs based on the innovation needs.
- Support the commercial team on the new project’s development
- Increase own and his team presence with key customers and prospects, being proactive to create new needs while promoting differentiated products and providing technical solutions as well.
- Strong communication with the commercial and marketing team, based on the business strategy
- Strong and proactive participation in the global meetings, sharing the information to the local team and making proposals for innovation in our region.
- Planning and administration of the expenses and CAPEX
- Develop monthly reports and update CRM as needed
- Design and develop technical presentations for customers, distributors and the industry (Expos, Seminars, Congresses, trainings), working together with Marketing.
- Develop new prototypes based on the market trends, adapting them to our region, promoting our specialties in these formulations.
- Supervise and lead the technical team, assigning responsibilities based on our strategy, by Business Units. (Hair, Skin, B&S, Actives)
- Define the KPI’s to follow up the progress of the technical team and business
**Education / Skills**
- Chemical Engineer, Biochemist, similar.
- More than 8 years of experience on the Personal Care market
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team Working
- Result Orientated
- High Communication Skills
- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- English-language skills
