Through our global sales and manufacturing networks, we are able to deliver the products and services our customers need, where and when they need them.At Lubrizol, our mission is straightforward: We improve lives as an essential partner in our customers’ success, delivering efficiency, reliability or wellness to their end users.**Customer Service Representative****Responsibilities**:- Execute OTC process that involves:- Receive Purchase Orders from Customers.- Process the Order in SAP and confirm Order reception to the Customer.- Check product availability with Planning.- Check Price according to the last updated Pricing list shared by Sales team.- Create delivery according to Customer Dates.- Create invoice and ensure reconciliation process according to Customer and Finance Guidelines.- Provide accurate and on time information about order status to the Customer and to the Account Manager.- Guarantee **Order to Cash** process keeping Operational Excellence goals and KPIs.- Ensure that Local and Global Procedures are executed as required.- Participate on Rolling Forecast meeting as need.- Support Customer Assistance as need.**Education / Skills**- Bachelor: Business Administration.- Analytical and problem-solving skills (required).- Result Orientated (required).- High Communication Skills.- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint) (required).- SAP knowledge (required).- English-language skills (advanced required).While headquartered in the United States, Lubrizol is truly a global specialty chemical company.
