**Job Description**:
To contribute to the success of the IKEA business through efficient and effective operations with focus on preventing costs and optimizing revenue on products that cannot be sold through our normal pipeline. This work is carried out with the possible environmental impact in mind and always takes

customer’s quality perception on our range into consideration. The function also ensures that any feedback on quality issues from a retail and customer point of view is taken into the product quality deviation pipeline.

**Qualifications**:

- To increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost of poor quality, through proactively working in the unit and fulfilment network to identify, investigate and report any quality defects.
- To be main responsible for the timely and correct handling of sales stops and quality issues, in the fulfilment unit.
- Utilises the right methods for recovering products base on quality that would otherwise not be possible to sell.
- Contributing to the IKEA sustainability goals by giving products a second chance, or through sustainable divestment of products where this is not possible.
- I use my knowledge to support my department in working with the other functions of the store to prevent the occurrence of unnecessary costs to assets while keeping bottom line profits and sustainability in mind. I do this through continuous development, follow up and support of SOPs, processes, and tools.
- I supervise across functions to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the process with focus on prevention, quality, revenue, and sustainability.
- I manage that all product quality issues in the MCDC, or potential incidents, are reported through CASY.
- Knowledge of the IKEA Concept description, including the IKEA vision and business idea, and IKEA culture and values.
- Ability to manage a high volume and agile retail environment, reaching the desired effect or results.
- Ability to deliver, making things happen with speed, simplicity and flexibility even in unpredictable situations.
- Ability to follow up and optimize operational performance while considering tactical plans.
