**Business Process Analyst**

Focus on optimizing business processes and improving operational efficiency within the PCBA production environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Analysis**:

- Collect, analyze, and synthesize data related to PCBA production processes, supply chain management, and overall business operations.
- Develop actionable insights to enhance production efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation.
- **Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform management decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement changes.
- Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and propose data-driven solutions.
- **Financial Analysis**:

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by analyzing financial data related to PCBA operations.
- Monitor key financial metrics and support cost-saving initiatives.
- **Project Support**:

- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and process changes.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making during project planning and execution phases.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to support strategic planning and business development initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and manufacturing execution
