Responsibilities Responsible for auditing critical global business processes required to support business objectives and strategies across all functional areas and escalating process issues to the appropriate teams. Audit phase‑in/phase‑out planning. Coordinate standardization of processes enabled by IT solutions to achieve efficiencies and capabilities across business units, customs reporting, and supply chain. Audit metrics and tools to drive process standardization, enabled by IT solutions, achieving efficiencies across business units and supply chain. Identify gaps and opportunities to efficiently support execution of standard scheduling and material planning processes; facilitate creation and implementation of those tools. Audit standard best practices and SOPs across the business, owning material planning and scheduling processes to optimize inventory and meet customer service levels while balancing manufacturing operations. Engage with the Business Systems team to ensure defined business processes leverage best practices and meet each organization’s needs. Serve as point of contact for assigned business leaders. Identify and secure approval of key business leaders and stakeholders for business processes and scope of work. Audit documentation of standard business roles centrally and within plants to support process standardization across all functions. Create presentations and communicate reasons for process changes and details of new processes to gain buy‑in from all business levels and functional areas. Facilitate onboarding and general training of new team members on business processes, ensuring use of standard processes, metrics, and tools. Audit management and utilization of tools required to ensure full compliance with developed processes. Identify and facilitate resolution of all data anomalies across the supply chain network through troubleshooting activities. Audit custom IT programming and solutions across all functional areas, with emphasis on supplier scheduling, inventory control, and customs. Maintain effective relationships and communication with ADTI plants and other functional areas related to internal processes, Mexico customs brokers, and consultants. Travel 0%-20% of the time. While there are no supervisory responsibilities, the role requires consistent display of leadership qualities. Qualifications Strong attention to detail. Ability to creatively problem‑solve with the materials and facts at hand. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of influencing others. Ability and flexibility to work on multiple projects with conflicting priorities and assignments. Strong analytical skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or above in supply chain/operations management. 3+ years of hands‑on experience. ERP experience required; MACPAC experience preferred. In-depth knowledge of all functional areas of ERP including custom queries, part master, physical inventory, customs, supply chain, procurement, inventory accounting, inventory control, material management, logistics, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, and development of custom reports. Experience identifying and troubleshooting data anomalies in an ERP system. Experience with Mexico customs, stage‑gate/phase‑gate development processes, and project management preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures, flow charts, government regulations, agency standards, and IT related SOP documents. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, work instructions, present information, and respond to questions from managers, co‑workers, and internal/external customers. Bilingual. Ability to solve practical and complex problems in situations with limited standardization. High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, Project, Access) and SQL preferred. Hands‑on subject‑matter expertise with ERP system components and custom programs and reports. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to manufacturing and corporate locations, possibly in the US. Travel & Work Environment Travel up to 25% of the time to respective manufacturing and corporate locations, possibly in the United States, to collect data, execute training, and lead deep‑dive events. The work environment includes exposure to moving mechanical parts, occasional outdoor weather conditions, and moderate to high noise levels in the manufacturing environment (hearing protection may be required).
