**IT Business Analyst Specialist - Low-Code | Hybrid CDMX**:
We are seeking two experienced IT Business Analyst Specialists to join a transformative digital initiatives project in Mexico City. This is a hybrid work model and strong potential for long-term opportunities.
**What You’ll Do**:
- Define and document business requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders and the product manager.
- Oversee delivery of Low-Code solutions and validate QA-tested outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation throughout the full development cycle.
- Act as a functional specialist to configure and run Low-Code solutions for internal users.
**Required Experience & Skills**:
- **5+ years** of proven experience **in business analysis**within corporate environments, preferably in digital transformation contexts
- **Fluent English** with the ability to create technical documentation and present to non-technical users.
- Strong soft skills: proactive, teamwork, decisive problem-solver
- Familiarity with **Agile** development practices and functional documentation.
- Ability to translate business needs into configurable solutions without traditional development.
- Strong proficiency with** Low-Code tools**, such as:
- OutSystems
- Appian
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Mendix
**About the Role**:
