**Experience Required**:
Must have:

- Experience with Websphere Application Server and Websphere Portal Server Administration.
- 5 to 7 Years of experience required in **IHS/WASND, OHS/WebLogic/Tuxedo field.**
- Experienced in Solaris & Linux Administration.
- Experienced in Unix Shell scripting.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hands on experience in configuring high available EMS and BW environments.
- Good knowledge in Service Oriented Architecture, Service Component Architecture, Business Process Modeling (nice to have) and Complex Event Processing (nice to have).
- Understating of TCP/IP Networks, Firewalls, Load balancers and High Availability Cluster solutions.
- Good experience in creating and maintaining Application monitoring infrastructure.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Design, Deploy, Monitor and Manage WAS for SOA based Applications.
- Designing and implementing Alerts/ Monitoring mechanisms.
- Creating best practices for security, deployment and monitoring.
