Join HSE team and contribute to improving Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) performance in the respective organization to ensure an exemplary health and safety culture as well as a strong focus on the environment.

**This position reports to**:
Health, Safety & Environment Leader

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support in the continuous improvement of operations (manufacturing and assembly) by analyzing metrics and risks for the implementation of engineering and administrative controls for the elimination and reduction of incidents.
- Development and maintenance of communication channels for changes in health, safety and environmental issues in the introduction of new assembly lines and new product projects.
- Support in regulatory compliance training and communication on high-risk work certifications for plant personnel.
- Participation in the implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system for compliance with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
- Management of cultural and awareness campaigns on health, safety and environmental issues.

**Your background**:

- Students with Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Sustainability Engineering or HSE related field of studies with active school insurance.
- Basic Knowledge on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Independent and structured way of thinking, self
- initiative, goal
- oriented.
- Availability for 6 months with the possibility of extension up to 1 year.
- Advanced level of English.
