Write the next chapter of your ABB story.**:**This position reports to**:HSE Specialist**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities. The work model for the role is: on site This role is contributing to the electrification division in Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: - Support in the continuous improvement of operations (manufacturing and assembly) by analyzing metrics and risks for the implementation of engineering and administrative controls for the elimination and reduction of incidents. - Development and maintenance of communication channels for changes in health, safety and environmental issues in the introduction of new assembly lines and new product projects. - Support in regulatory compliance training and communication on high risk work certifications for plant personnel. - Participation in the implementation and maintenance of the HSE management system for compliance with ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 50001:2018 standards. -Management of cultural and awareness campaigns on health, safety and environmental issues Our team You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.**Qualifications for the role**:- Students from last three semesters from careers like sustainability engineering, industrial engineering or HSE related with availability (Monday to Friday 7am - 4:36 pm)- Advanced English Level- Basic knowledge on management systems and ISO standards.- Independent and structured way of thinking, self- initiative, goal oriented, curiosity, creativity and communication abilities.**More about us**:
