**Responsibilities**: - The COB & CM Senior Analyst supports Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM). - Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form. - Data analysis and Excel modeling skills. - Business knowledge of documentation type and purpose. - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. - Track record as a strong analyst - recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments. - Hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction. - Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows. - Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly. - Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization. - Flexibility and Autonomy are essential as some travel and out of hours work may be required. - Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. - Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy. - Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members. **Qualifications**: - 5-8 years Experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management. - Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping. - 2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred. **Education**: - Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience Desirable experience 3 - 5 years in: Regulatory experience and interaction with regulators and external audit firms (KPMG, Deloitte) Systems auditing experience.
