Inventory Control Analyst

**Summary**:
The Inventory Control Analyst will help lead both inventory reduction projects as well as assist with physical inventories and cycle counts. Work both with our Contract Manufacturing partners as well as internally managed inventory. You will work cross functionally with Planning and Fulfillment to drive inventory reductions and reuse. In addition, you will assist in reconciliations with Service part depots and repair centers.

This person must be able to be in the Guadalajara, MX area multiple days per week.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Management of Scrap/Purge events.
- Leading efforts to clean up and/or drive down inventory worldwide.
- Disposition management of RMA returns.
- Weekly reporting to senior management.
- Work on a variety of projects and/or problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Requires 3-5 years of related work experience in inventory control.
- The ability to comply with all applicable safety requirements, standards and procedures.
- The ability to convey information to others effectively in person, by telephone, and in writing so others can understand.
- The ability to analyze information and use logic to address work related issues and problems.
- The ability to work well independently or on a team.
- Oracle or D365 knowledge a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills required, Power BI a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English skills.
