Problem Resolution Tracking System/Issue Resolution prioritization and follow up
Specification interface to insure accuracy for pre production and productions
Plant Tryout and Production Trial Run support
Bill Of Material tool maintenance - insure accurate content and approval of changes
Validation plan development property support
Special projects
Assists in regulation and compliance monitoring
Cost reduction and Generate Technical solutions for current, new and major programs
Assists in developing some engineering designs, including subsystems
Assists in implementing engineering changes
Specifies and balances system requirements
Implements test/development programs
Communicates, coordinates and consults with engineering departments and customers
Stays abreast of new technology and competitive products
May travel to plants if needed
Performs other related duties as assigned.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The execution team is directly responsible for the equipment from when equipment is qualified at OEM through acceptance of system capability (LD). This position will help the team lead the Agile framework within the project to ensure the team meets product and timing deliveries increasing teams' effectiveness. They assist with planning, tracking, and communicating progress interactions at all levels.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Tracking of several project documentations
- Tracking of forecasting budget
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to help remove roadblocks and assist the team
- Provide support in process engineer teams to help increase team velocity
- Communicate with team, stakeholders, and customers project timing
- Create & track the 10% signoff forms and holdback release status
- Drive sustainable continuous improvement, including collecting and deriving insights from data
- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency and making information visible
- Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through coaching and mentoring
- Provide training to impart or reinforce knowledge of Lean-Agile concepts, site and safety, tools, and share best practices across sites
- Take responsibility for your own professional development through training, mentoring, professional memberships etc.
- Support GPS ME's growth strategy by providing input to business development and participate and capture activities as required
- Ensures team is capturing velocity to understand the capacity of team workload
**KEY QUALIFICATIONS [SCRUM MASTER]**
- STEM based degreed [Engineering preferred] and/or MBA
- Project Management/business planner experience across large projects preferred
- Lean-Agile Leadership mindset and ability to coach and demonstrate agile values with team
- Certified SCRUM Master training or knowledge with implementing SCRUM with teams
**EDUCATION**:

- Bachelor's degree with major in engineering or equivalent experience
