LOCATION:
Cuernavaca, Morelos
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
- Drive and lead the implementation of innovation & non innovation projects for the category in Brazil.
- Lead R&D activities for Formulation.
- The position is based in Mexico, with a regional scope and will support and lead projects for all Latam.
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
- Lead R&D Activities for both innovation and non-innovation projects in Brazil
- Direct contact with MKT Team & Local Deploy R&D.
- Direct Contact with Supply Chain for landing the innovation & saving projects
- Project Networking and follow up with Global Teams
- Formula design, including specifications
- Perform and Evaluate compatibility tests
- Specification creation for Formula and Pack (PLM, AWS)
- Artwork approval
WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED?
- Excellence in Science and Technology Expertise
- External Orientation
- Project Management
- Formulation & Processing
- Leadership skills to lead a X-Brand innovation plan & be a key contact with the MKT team.
- Formulation or Process Design Experience required
- Ideally previous work with Personal Care technologies
