**Role Overview**:
Help the different efforts inside LATAM regional team into building, maintaining and running the designed routines used to uncover insights to support top management in decision making as well as push the frontier of the way we look to each of the company’s levers of growth to unlock value.This role plays a support to both Business Analytics and Marketplace analytics while bringing its personal contribution on special projects and the living nature of the processes this person is involved.- Runs weekly / monthly and quarterly routines designed at LATAM level evolving a variety of reports and methodologies both in the Business (rider/ driver/ corporate) and Marketplace disciplines.
- Works on perfecting the content of the routines in place
- Optimizes and automates the existing team routines
- Supports both areas of Business and Marketplace analytics on a variety of projects
- Solves a wide range of problems through ad hoc analyses and Tableau dashboards built by the team and by oneself
- Constantly propose improvements in the formats used to analyze the different metrics to unlock new insights and opportunities
- Deep dive into selected strategic metrics to unlock benchmark potential and understand the reasoning behind deviations
