**Job Title**: BD Support Professional Mexico
As a BD Support Professional Mexico, you will play a vital role in the Business Development department of CEVA FM Mexico. Located in Apodaca-Monterrey, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives strategic initiatives and supports the overall growth of the CEVA business unit.
In this position, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business development operations. You will be responsible for various support functions that facilitate the success of our business development efforts, ensuring that our team can deliver exceptional value to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Business Development team, including document preparation, data entry, and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of presentations and sales materials to support client meetings and proposals.
Coordinate communication between different departments to streamline project implementation and client onboarding.
Maintain databases related to client information, business development activities, and sales performance metrics.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and analyze industry trends that could impact business strategies.
Support the team in organising events, workshops, and client engagement activities.
Work closely with senior management to prepare reports demonstrating business development performance and strategic recommendations. Qualifications:
Relevant experience in a support function within a business development or sales environment.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
A collaborative mindset that values teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
