We are currently looking for a
**Learning Analyst**

**LEARNING ANALYST**

**Main Purpose**

This role will be accountable for Creating and designing graphic components to build trainings based on yearly Learning function TNAs (Training Needs Assessment), as well as communication campaigns that impact Latam´s sector initiatives; accompanied by basic maintenance of Learning main virtual platforms

**Responsibilities**:
**Accountabilities**
- Create graphic illustrations for trainings and communication campaigns from scratch
- Create graphic illustrative animations for trainings and communications campaigns from scratch (around 3-5 minutes each)
- Consolidate graphic elements to structure a storyline, based on scripts provided by clients
- Edit, modify, or renew graphic elements already existing to create new image proposals
- Deliver produced results to clients and adapt from feedback
- Receive and answer questions / resolve issues from participants
- LMS troubleshooting response to final user
- Manage and maintain course credit history tracking in LMS

Qualifications:
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, HR or Related Field
- Fluent English
- 6 months - 1 year of experience creating content, graphic illustrations or related.
- Experience in Adobe Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects.
- Desirable video production skills - (Adobe Suite - Premiere, After Effects)
- Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (MS office) and procurement systems.
- Skills in managing high-volume activities, as well as changing requests from main clients
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up, communication and organizational skills
