Responsible for encouraging continuous knowledge, growth, and cultural impact by advising and leading our Commercial Development organization in their sustainable evolution path following the "School of Change" pillars: Adoption, Leadership, Communication and Learning.Tasks to develop will include the co-creation with Product Owners and Regional/Local operations, the design and elaboration of deliverables that are part of the portfolio project of Global Commercial Development, sometimes turning complex concepts into digestible pieces of information.**Main Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the demands and requirements of different initiatives impacting the commercial model and customer-centricity agenda.- Proactively identify opportunities for improving culture & learning processes and implement necessary changes.- Develop and execute strategies in the four pillars of change management (adoption, leadership, communication, and learning) to drive cultural change within the organization.- Lead and pivot the onboarding strategy according to regional needs.- Support the creation and development of engaging and interactive learning materials, including job aids, infographics, video tutorials, animated gifs, and other multimedia content.- Ensure strategies and deliverables are aligned with organizational objectives, learning outcomes, and instructional design best practices.- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices regarding learning and cultural transformation.**Position Challenges**:- Ability to interpret information to produce deliverables quickly.- Cocreate with cross-functional stakeholders.- Working with different cultures to translate learning materials.- Coordinate different projects simultaneously.- Ability to adapt to unforeseen circumstances.**Qualifications**:English at least B2 or higher.Bachelor's degree in communication, Education, Organizational Psychology or relatedExperience in Instructional Design, Training, Change Management or relatedGreat communication skillsDesire at least 1 year of experience in:- Learning Management Systems (LMS)- Digital projects- Organizational Communication**Internal/External Relations**:- Product Owners- Regional Customer Experience teams- Global Change Management- CEMEX University- Customers (for Onboarding strategy)**CEMEX Diversity and Inclusion Statement**:At CEMEX, we recognize the diversity of the world in which we live and in which we do business.We respect diversity, we address the inclusion and non-discrimination of any talented person, regardless of gender, physical ability, age, sexual orientation, culture, ethnicity, religion, political affiliation, marital status, pregnancy / maternity / paternity and nationality.We promote a culture of equity for the construction of a sustainable business and the well-being and development of CEMEX employees.
