Overview

**Job Posting Title: Global Product Manager - Ecommerce**

**Job Location : Guadalajara, Mexico**

**Job Type: Contract to Hire.**

You will work directly with senior business and product leaders across the world to understand specific business needs and opportunities to deliver innovative product features. You will identify and scope opportunities for new capabilities; collaborate with engineering, design and business units to conduct experiments and implement your winning ideas. You will manage a product strategy and product roadmap; manage product development lifecycle by collaborating with engineering, design, content and quality assurance teams to scope, build, launch and maintain your products. You will also analyze the performance of your product features and take actions to further improve it.

**PM Responsibilities**
- Define global product specifications/ requirements.
- Lead the creation & development of product features in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
- Communicate with management and senior executives about product requirements, direction, development and launch management, and provide metrics on performance against goals.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Support solution design and integration, define user acceptance testing, and provide post implementation support to stakeholders and end-users.
- Manage third-party developers or partners, along with influencing future product feature planning with vendors.
- Keen understanding of the most recent trends around consumer web usage.

**Qualifications**

**Education and Experience**

3-5 years of work experience in product management for web sites

BS in computer science, engineering or equivalent degree

eCommerce experience is a plus

Hands on experience with collaboration products like JIRA, Confluence, Asana is a plus

Exposure to 3rd party software implementation, migration and customization is a plus
