Part-time Excecutive Assistant/ Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a full-time executive assistant for a Marketing company based in the United States. The person that is selected for this role must have an outstanding English level, good administrative and organization skills, proactivity and a great attention to detail.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with several administrative and operational duties.
- Help manage and organize a team of demo specialists and brand ambassadors for product demonstration at stores.
- Checking in with the field team and monitor if they are in their assigned locations, finding replacements if needed to ensure shifts are covered.
- Ensure ambassadors complete demo recaps within 24 hours.
- Update databases and spreadsheets/.
- Communicated with stores to verify product availability for demonstrations and scheduled activations.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English level both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Advanced excell and Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience as an Excecutive or administrative assistant.
- Great attention to detail, communication and organization.

**Schedule**:25-30 hours per week, 10 am to 4 pm EST from Monday to Thursday. Friday is flexible, starting idealy at 8 am EST.

**What we offer**:

- Hourly rate of $7.00 to $10.00 USD
- 100% remote position

This is a freelance opportunity that does not offer Mexican law benefits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $140.00 - $200.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 30 per week
