What will you do?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for efficiently processing customer orders and providing excellent customer support.

How will you do it?- Accurately enter and process customer orders through relevant systems.- Provide timely updates and confirmation to customers about their orders.- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and back-office teams to resolve any issues.- Monitor order status and manage backorders effectively.- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.

What are we looking for?- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.- Proficiency in English and strong communication skills.- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
