Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial) combined with 5 to 10 years of manufacturing experience with an important understanding of manufacturing site start up. Any other pertinent experience may be considered.
Bilingualism (English and Spanish).
Experience in Automation Electrical, Robotics, equipments safety.
Experience in PLCE Programming and Optimization.
Global thinking and available to travel internationally 2 to 3 times a year (Visa and Passport).
At least 5years of related job experience in a manufacturing setting.
Experience in Leading complex projects and managing project plan, including risk management and communication, consumer Products Goods and/or sporting goods is an asset and additive manufacturing (3D Printing) is an asset.
**Familiarity with the following software and operation system**: AutoCAD, PRO ENGINEER, MSOFFICE, MS PROJECT, (ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR is not essential but an asset).
