Our technological expertise creates a more sustainable future for us all.**Position Summary**The Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance & Automation Manager will lead the engineering, maintenance, and automation teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of machining operations. This role is responsible for driving technical excellence, equipment availability, process stability, and the strategic integration of automation to meet production goals and quality standards.**Responsibilities**- Ensure compliance with EHS standards; actively support and promote EHS initiatives across all teams.- Serve as a key member of the plant leadership team, providing technical expertise and supporting the implementation of operational improvement strategies.- Optimize machinery and equipment performance following standard operating procedures, enhancing product quality and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the maintenance and automation areas, including capital expenditure proposals and compliance with legal standards.- Establish clear responsibility and control for maintenance material spending and implement strategies to manage costs effectively.- Lead the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) across the facility.- Manage the introduction of new machinery, plant, and equipment, from defining specifications and vendor coordination to full installation, working closely with all relevant stakeholders.- Oversee, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance and engineering team to meet performance goals, deliver value-added solutions, and drive continuous improvement.- Set and deploy high operational standards through personal example, ensuring the team clearly understands expected behaviors and performance levels.- Provide technical expertise to the team and identify the required technical skills, resources, and systems to deliver complex projects, including the engagement of external support when needed.- Collaborate with production, quality, and planning to support manufacturing efficiency and solve process-related issues.- Drive automation projects to improve productivity, safety, and cost-efficiency.- Define and track department KPIs such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and project completion rates.**Qualifications****Qualifications**- 8-10 years in leadership roles of manufacturing engineering, maintenance and automation projects- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electric or similar- Fluent English for business conversations.- Machining (CNC-based) operations**Language Tags
