**Job Description**:

- ** Lead the operational rhythm (Cadence) to ensure timely resolution of all purchasing related issues, such as past due delivery execution, critical parts deliveries, affecting customer satisfaction.**:

- ** Manage team. Ensure low turnover rates, manage employees expectations, help them create a development plan to boost their career opportunities, create career ladder, network with other leaders in the region, actively search for newcomers and develop people on internships**:

- ** Monitor operational objectives (KPI’s) related to supplier performance (On Time Delivery, Average Weighted Lead Time, Past Dues).**:

- **Drive Supplier Performance Improvement Reviews for suppliers identified that are the most problematic and require Supply Management focus.**:

- **Empower the team to drive process improvement initiatives for procurement activities for all direct material teams at Rockwell Automation. **Purchasing Process continued improvement should be driven through elimination of variation and standardization of multiple activities.
- ** Automatize and improve ordering process by implementing tools and methods (e.g.EDI, Supplier Network Collaboration)
