Job Description Summary: As B2B Marketing Manager for Mexico, you will lead the design and execution of a completely new project from the ground up. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Regional and Global Marketing teams to develop the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, manage budget, and deliver impactful B2B campaigns. This role requires a hands-on, highly organized, and results-driven individual who can act as a single contributor while collaborating across global and regional teams.

- Establish KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and deliver reporting with actionable insights.
- Ensure initiatives are consistent with PayPal’s brand and global standards while adapting to the Mexican market context.
- Propose creative solutions, implement best practices, and execute with a hands-on approach.
