**Conocimientos**:
- 2+ años de experiência en AR.
- Grado asociado en contabilidad o equivalente de licenciatura (título/cédula)
- Excelente atención al detalle y precisión
- Competente en aplicaciones de Microsoft Office
- Familiaridad con Oracle y SAP
- Fuertes habilidades de servicio al cliente
- Análisis del flujo de trabajo
- Identificación y resolución de problemas
- Buenas habilidades interpersonales
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y organización
- Totalmente bilingüe
**Responsabilidades**:
- Supervisar y dar seguimiento de los detalles de antigüedad de los clientes para detectar impagos, pagos retrasados o pagos cortos.
- Mantener un informe de antigüedad de las cuentas por cobrar con notas y acciones actualizadas
- Comunicarse activamente con los clientes para solicitar pagos, resolver discrepancias u obtener claridad cuando se producen transacciones ambiguas
- Trabajar en colaboración con los miembros internos del equipo, como ventas, gestión de pedidos de clientes, contabilizaciones de efectivo y personal de planta para resolver problemas de manera oportuna
- Trabajar con el personal de la planta para investigar y resolver las consultas de los clientes, los débitos y los problemas de pago corto
- Preparar ajustes de facturas para su procesamiento
- Conciliar cualquier irregularidad en los recibos de los clientes
- Capacidad para discernir cuándo escalar los problemas no resueltos al siguiente nível
- Generar y distribuir informes a la administración según lo solicitado
- Elaborar y/o mantener actualizados los documentos de capacitación
- Entrenamiento cruzado con otros miembros del equipo
- Desarrollar proyectos de mejora de procesos
