**LEAD Early Career Rotational Program-R&D Mexico**:

Learn by doing tasks as directed to support ABB operations. Participate in the local Trainee program.

**This position reports to**:
R&D/Technology Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Specific job responsibilities will vary among program and rotation placement, but all ABB Discovery (LEAD) participants should expect to:

- Learn about themselves and ABB’s global business.
- Engage with ABB leaders including rotation managers and mentors who will help them develop their technical and leadership skills.
- Aspire to achieve their career goals at ABB by participating in professional development opportunities including webinars and immersions.
- Deliver on business results by completing challenging and meaningful assignments in a supportive environment.
- Live ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business.

**Your background**:

- Major in Mechanical, Electrical and Computer Science and Engineering.
- Knowledge of CREO CAD Tool.
- Knowledge of PLM tools like Windchill, Enovia Smarteam or any idea about what PLM is or EDM is (Product Lifecycle Management or Engineering Design Management).
- Knowledge of analysis tools such as ANSYS and SAP.
- Advanced English.
