**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Responsible for registering inventory in the respective platform.
- Support creating quotes requested by business partners.
- Help administer education credit units.
- Support the team on different projects.

**Who you are**

**Required Skills or Competencies**
- Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field.
- Desirable experience using SAP and Power Apps.
- Advanced written and oral English (95% or above).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suit is required.
- To graduate in June 2026 or later.
- Availability to work from 7am to 4pm.

**Preferred Skills or Competencies**
- Technology Dexterity: Proficient with standard office software (MS Office Suite) and possess the ability and eagerness to quickly learn new systems, including MRP/ERP platforms.
- Ability to Work on Diverse Projects: Capable of managing multiple tasks and adapting to different project needs simultaneously.
- Tolerance to Ambiguity: Comfortable working independently and navigating situations or tasks where information may not be fully defined; able to seek clarity proactively.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Demonstrates an interest in identifying inefficiencies and suggesting potential improvements to processes or workflows.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in both Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Proactive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility.
