About the Opportunity:
Join Ellucian’s forward-thinking Finance organization as a System Administrator - Finance Systems & Data Governance, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our financial platforms deliver accurate insights and support data-driven decision-making across the company. This opportunity combines technology, analytics, and finance to power Ellucian’s digital transformation. You’ll be the driving force behind optimizing our enterprise performance management tools, ensuring reliable data flows, and empowering teams with trusted insights. **Where You Will Make an Impact**

- Serve as the primary administrator for Planful and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) platforms, managing configuration, access, and system updates.
- Maintain and enhance integrations between Planful/SAC and core enterprise systems (ERP, HRIS, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, coordinating with vendors and internal IT partners.
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports to provide meaningful insights across the organization.
- Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards, ensuring integrity, consistency, and compliance across financial systems.
- Support finance users during budgeting, forecasting, and close cycles, ensuring system performance and data accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial data structures, improve usability, and drive continuous system optimization.

**What You Will Bring**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience administering financial systems—preferably Planful and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
- Strong knowledge of financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Proven experience implementing or managing data governance frameworks and maintaining master data integrity.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

**Nice to Have**

- Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration processes.
- Exposure to finance transformation projects or system implementations.
