MIGSO-PCUBED is looking for a passionate Sales Operations Administrator to join our team and support our engagements in Querétaro. We are a global team of about 3,000 expert Consultants operating in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia. We work across Aerospace and Automotive sectors. Every day, we support our clients by steering major Projects and Programs, managing Project Portfolios, improving maturity and efficiency of PM Organizations. What You'll Do As a Sales Operations Administrator at MIGSO-PCUBED, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of the customer lifecycle, data reliability, and operational efficiency across our North American hub. In this key role, you will be responsible for: Maintaining accurate and consistent operational data across ERP, CRM, and internal tools. Ensuring proper management of the customer contract lifecycle (renewals, extensions, scope updates). Organizing and maintaining key operational documents (contracts, proposals, POs, deliverables, timesheets). Supporting Business Managers with daily operational requests and updates. Monitoring starters, leavers, bench, and consultant availability. Preparing billing data by reconciling POs, timesheets, and deliverables. Generating billing requests in the ERP system and ensuring data consistency. Producing operational reports and contributing to process improvements. Coordinating closely with Finance, HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams. We are rapidly expanding in Canada and Mexico, so if you are looking for a structured, impactful, and dynamic role, we'd love to meet you Who You Are We are looking for someone with: Bachelor degree in Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, administration, finance, or operations roles. Mandatory experience working with SAP (operational data and invoicing). Strong skills in Excel and Power BI; comfortable working across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, document management). English proficiency (written and spoken); French is a strong asset. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
