**Objetivo de la Posición**
- Supervisar un equipo de trabajo amplio y complejo en el área de mantenimiento.
**Actividades principales**
1. Cooperar en la identificación y desarrollo de sugerencias de mejora; implementar las acciones terminadas.
2. Apoyar a otras áreas en la gestión de tareas de la empresa a gran escala.
3. Liderar (técnicamente e disciplinariamente un departamento extenso/complejo con funciones diferentes, tareas diversas o complejas respecto a la tecnología/control de la producción y/o organización.
4. Realizar la planificación y disposición de la asignación de personal, teniendo en cuenta los objetivos de la compañía.
5. Intuir, alentar, motivar y evaluar a todos los asociados; tomar medidas disciplinarias según sea necesario.
**Requisitos necesarios**
- Formación profesional: Título universitario.
- Educación: Título de mantenimiento o carrera afín.
- Idioma: Inglés Nível 1 básico
- Experiência en: Dos a tres años de experiência en el campo relacionado (competente a un campo técnico, científico, o campo especializado que requiere una comprensión y un conocimiento avanzado)
- Industria: Automotriz.
- Conocimientos técnicos: Herramientas para la solución de problemas, integridad del producto, análisis de riesgos, Norma IATF 16949:2016, Requisitos específicos del cliente, ISO 14001-2015 ISO 45001:2018, herramientas estadísticas, habilidades administrativas, neumática, hidráulica,, electricidad, electrónica.
