Our operations in over 60 countries around the world has helped us achieve our position as an innovation and sustainability leader with repeated recognitions by Forbes, Corporate Knights for clean capitalism and others. _**Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team as our AMP Assets Management Plan / Technical Sales Support in Mexico City?****As our next**AMP Assets Management Plan / Technical Sales Support you will proactively engage with customers - especially with building managers, end users, owners - in the early phases of the elevator lifetime in order to introduce innovative KONE solutions and services.****_Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: _****Create Demand and Customer relationship management**- Proactively engaging with customers and influencers, create and build relationships in early phases of the customer journey and discover customer needs using consultative/value selling methods.- Can receive certain leads from Sales Specialists and marketing and is also expected to do proactive screening of the market and also screening our own customer base by using KONE analysis tools.- Meet customers up to their management level with local sales teams and articulate the value KONE can bring to their projects and how KONE’s solutions help customer to differentiate and be successful.- Maximize KONE’s hit-rate and profit margin by constantly seeking opportunities to accelerate sales of new solutions and services. With early influencing, increase the number of projects with KONE spec in RFQs.- Create and implement an actionable sales ramp-up plan for the solutions in focus as well as for timely and accurate reporting- Seek to understand customer needs holistically, consult customers and co-create best fit People Flow solutions.**Collaboration with Sales Team and Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) Team**- Collaboration with CSE in medium and large complexity projects or when digital solutions (e.g. API, Residential Flow) are included.- Gather and document (e.g. to CRM) relevant information about market and competitors from the field.- Ensure clear project handover to salespeople according to Global/FL policy to close the deals.- Support Sales Team in tendering and negotiations as needed.- Keep the local salespeople and project managers up to date of the early engagement sales activities and progress.**Accountable to plan the surveys he is due to perform**- Accountable to survey the equipment in accordance with the relevant surveys and KONE standardrespecting the KONE safety rules- Takes measurements and completes the necessary documentation and pictures requested- For any request to update the global database, he reports the adequate information and picturesrequested to the National FL unit data manager- In case of critical equipment (safety issues), communicates with his superior the requestedinformation- Ensures that the equipment is safe condition- Takes part in meetings and work groups related to quality and technical issues at FL unit level**HIRING REQUIREMENTS**:- Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sales or similar area- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position- Advanced knowledge in elevators, escalators- Advanced knowledge in customer service, sales cycle.- Good communication skills**What can KONE offer you?**- We have the courage to hire great people from a wide variety of backgrounds, not just because it’s the right thing to do, but because we believe diversity drives innovation: _- We value your authentic self _- Diversity, equity and inclusion is embedded in our strategy and values _- Collaborative, creative and supportive work environment _- Passionate about safety, quality and innovation _- We care about the communities where we live and work**_Just some of our many benefits include: _**- Competitive salary _- Opportunities to learn and grow _- Comprehensive health and wellness plan for the entire family _- More benefits than required by law**Come share your passion and energy to make a positive impact at KONE for our customers and your career**- We are an
