**Habilidades Requeridas**:
- Carreras afines: Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o cualquier ingeniería relacionada.
- Experiência requerida en posiciones similares: de 1 a 3 años (manejo de gente y calidad en la industria automotriz).
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (esquema de trabajo 5x2).
- Nível de Inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado.
- Habilidades Críticas: Manejo de personal, Microsoft Office.
En Sitio: Esta posición requiere trabajo presencial en sitio a tiempo completo.
