**Preferred Qualifications**What Inventory Cloud needs:
We are looking for an ambitious, talented, energetic, and self-motivated software developer. In this role you will design, develop and maintain multiple modules in Inventory Cloud.
As a developer, you will
- Design, develop and maintain various Inventory Cloud modules and projects using cutting edge Oracle technology.
Study and honor documents and instructions of scope, expectations, implementation approach, deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
Frequently interact with other engineers and leads to collaborate and integrate with other related modules.
Your Responsibilities:
Do all aspects of design, development, maintenance and testing of various modules in product.
Use appropriate tools and methodologies for development.
Keep high level of quality standards in all aspects of development.
Work collaboratively with fellow engineers, leads and product management members.
Preferred Skills:
3+ years of experience of design and development of highly reliable and scalable business software.
Knowledge of software development processes (design, development, and testing)
Good knowledge of database fundamentals and SQL specifically Oracle.
Understanding of Object Oriented Programming concepts
Exposure to Java, C, XML, PL/SQL
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Good verbal and written communication
Experience in Agile methodology with Scrum/Sprint concepts.
BS or equivalent in computer science/engineering or relevant field.
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a member of the software engineering division, you will perform high-level design based on provided external specifications. Specify, design and implement minor changes to existing software architecture. Build highly complex enhancements and resolve complex bugs. Build and execute unit tests and unit plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering as necessary to discuss minor changes to product functionality and to ensure quality and consistency across specific products.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
