The KGS Enterprise Service Management (ESM) team is responsible for empowering Koch businesses to deliver effortless and highly valuable services in all shapes and forms via automation, workflows, and data through our primary platform, ServiceNow. **What You Will Do**
- Continually find new ways to boost business productivity and streamline processes on the ServiceNow platform
- Guide and support developers, sharing knowledge, consulting and encouraging best practices within the team
- Actively participate in an Agile environment working closely with others, engaging in code review, sharing insights and fostering collaboration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to equip end-users as well as maintain and design detailed documentation
- Continually learn and stay current with latest features and capabilities of the ServiceNow platform helping to design and implement developer enablement process

**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Demonstrated experience developing within at least one major module in ServiceNow and a deep understanding of the overall ServiceNow platform functionality
- Ability and desire to inspire and lead both technical and non-technical team members
- Web development experience (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on business value and impact
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
- Strong decision making, optimization, critical thinking, organizational & analytical skills
- Experience with Agile methodologies and participating in SCRUM practices

**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Experience in a lead or trainer role, with a focus on mentoring and guiding team development
- Experience developing in multiple ServiceNow modules, showcasing a breadth of platform expertise
- Ability to innovate and implement solutions that enhance business productivity and process efficiency
- Experience conducting training sessions and workshops, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement
