You will be constantly seeking solutions that scale, while overseeing the growth of our business. Your processes and projects will directly contribute to DiDi's growth in Mexico

Role Responsibilities:

- A creative, analytical, and motivated person who wants to begin a career in the Marketing team.
- Providing significant support to the Marketing Manager in the Marketing Daily User Campaigns, Analytics, and Reporting.
- Deep diving into customer service interactions to identify qualitative insights and improvement opportunities.
- Supporting market research and A/B tests to identify opportunities.
- Benchmarking analysis and reporting, highlighting relevant insights.
- Supporting Marketing campaigns impacting traffic, growth, and engagement.

Role Qualifications:

- Students of bachelor’s degree (Mainly Marketing or related Education).
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge and interest in data analysis applied to business and marketing.
- Deeper interest in Marketing Strategy.
- Interest in a hands-on team player role, as well as a self-driven way of working.
- Creative and analytical thinking.
- Decision-making based on data and insights.
