**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Travel & Logistics**: Coordinate and organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

**Event Coordination**: Assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and offsites when needed.

**Office Management**: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and fully operational, managing supplies, vendors, and general office needs.

**Meeting Support**: Attend key meetings (e.g., product and sales reviews), draft minutes, and track action items for follow-up.

**Stakeholder Engagement**: Maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and smooth communication.

**Financial Administration**: Assist with payment tracking, expense reports, and basic financial coordination as required.

**Ad-Hoc Support**: Handle additional administrative and operational tasks as needed to support executive efficiency.

**Requirements**:
**Proactive & Hands-On**: A problem-solver who takes initiative and thrives in a dynamic environment.

**Highly Organized**: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.

**Strong Communicator**: Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Discreet & Professional**: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

**Experience**: 3+ years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
