We are looking for a customer service-oriented IT Specialist to join our team and provide global support.

The goal is to make sure we maintain the customer value to the standards set forth by the company.

Hybrid work model available.

Onboarding and training outside of México.

**In your new role you will:
- Incident & Change request resolution
- Create, solve or coordinate incidents and change requests fast and efficient in respective areas to keep operations stable
- Root cause analysis
- Analyze the root cause of incidents and develop measures to avoid them in areas of your responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functional with other IT parties & functions to continuously improve our services
- Take part in projects and be creative & innovative at work

**You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- Good proficiency in English is compulsory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Willing to learn and work smart
- Team player and customer focused
- Experience in IT Support or IT Service Management is an added advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- It is essential to have a valid visa and passport
