Somos una empresa con más de 100 años en el mercado colaboramos con grandes ligas como NBA; NFL; MLS entre otras, nos distingue la calidad en el servicio, uso innovador de tecnología y un excelente ambiente de trabajo, buscamos en México Coordinador Especialista de TI Bilingüe para atención a incidencias de los equipos de Mexico y EEUUCrecimiento real, desarrollo profesional y financiero, certificaciones y muy buen ambiente de trabajo:- Ingreso de $25,000 a $30,000 pesos brutos 100% nominales y prestaciones ley, superiores (amplias)- Horario de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:30 p.m.- Zona de trabajo: Mérida Yucatán (Presencial y Casa)**4 años de experiência como**:- Help desk, technical support, Service desk, IT Business Partner, Customer Support, Soporte a aplicaciones, líder de help desk, coordinador de Service desk, gerente de soporte a aplicaciones, Application support, líder de Service desk, soporte remoto experiência en software o aplicaciones.- Inglés avanzado- Conocimiento de soluciones para levantamiento de tickets, monitoreo a incidencias, plataformas de Help desk o soporte técnico. Idealmente conocimiento en Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Service Manager, BMC, Service Now, etc.- Manejo de equipos de trabajo de 5 personas o más, mesa de ayuda, Service Desk, Help Desk, usuario final.- Experiência dando soporte a proyectos de TI, Software, help desk.- Manejo de métricas y estadísticas de servicios SLA, CTQ; Talk Time, Escalaciones, etc.- Soporte técnico remoto de 1er y 2do nível por diferentes canales (chat, teléfono, redes, mensajería, etc)- Experiência en soporte a usuarios finales (End User Support) sin experiência o conocimiento necesario en computación.- Conocimiento en soporte a aplicaciones como intranet o extranet, portales de e-commerce, portales de compra y venta de productos,- Muy deseable conocimiento en soporte a plataformas como: Suide Adobe, adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, plataformas Ecommerce como Magento, woocommerce, WordPress, Shopify, etc.- Experiência en plataformas de comunicaciones unificadas como Zoom, Cisco, Teams, Meets, etc**Muy deseable**:- Conocimiento de terminología académica y editorial
