***Maintenance Engineer
- Supervise indirect personnel
- Coordinates technician’s activities to support machinery of manufacturing
- Supply and control technician’s tool
- Control of absenteeism & overtime
- Manages the spare parts (list, doc.) and equipment blueprints for the APU
- Implement and update the Preventive Maintenance and Auto maintenance Plans
- Identify and implement continuous improvement activities in order to meet MTBR, MTBF standards and Uptime.
- Participate in analysis of failures in problem solution teams
- Using PDCA methodology

Contribution in ISO IATF 16949 Quality System.
- Ensure the IATF 16949 compliance
- Meet maintenance target according with KPI maintenance indicators.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience technical skill knowledge

**III.** **Work Experience**:

- 2-5 years in same position

- Mechanical, Electrical troubleshooting skills
- Design abilities
- Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word, Lotus Notes, etc
- Team Leader
- Excellent communication skills
- Aggressive and pro-active
- Availability
- Rigorous and organized engineer

**V.** **Accountability and Authority of the position**:

- Authority to stop production if any quality or safety risk exists
