**Summary/Objective**The Maintenance Manager will lead and oversee mechanics onsite for all maintenance and repairs of plant machinery.**Essential Functions**- Hires and trains maintenance department staff.- Organizes and oversees the schedules and work of maintenance staff.- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.- Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.- Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.- Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules.- Develops maintenance procedures and schedules.- Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.- Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.- Performs other related duties as assigned.**Competencies**- Instrumentation, installation/removal and or calibration- Motor installations/removals and or adjustments/alignments- Must have a sound working knowledge of all shop equipment- Must be able to read, interpret and work from electrical drawings- Experience with pneumatic systems- Able to use an electrical meter- Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to plan maintenance schedules- Excellent management and supervisory skills.- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.**Preferred Education and Experience**- Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.- +5 years of experience in Maintenance- Bilingual 90%- Hands on person- Manufacturing experiencPay: $1.00 - $2.00 per yearApplication Question(s):- What is your English level?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Maintenance Manager: 5 years (preferred)Work Location: In person
