About the role:
What you need:

- Bachelor’s degree in Actuary, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar.
- +3 year of relevant work experience in banking, financial services, data science, or similar.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Proficient computer skills, including - Excel (advance), Access (advance), Outlook, PowerPoint, Power BI (desirable).
- Proficient English Skills, both verbal & written.

What you will be doing:

- Creation of collection portfolio monitoring tools.
- Analyze and coordinate collections strategies specifically focusing tracking and resolute generation of campaigns implemented in collections and salvage areas.
- Structuring and maintaining information bases.
- Review trends in the collections portfolio, transforming data analysis into recommendations.
- Identify opportunities and threats that allow strategic decisions to be made in an agile and analytically supported manner.
- Works together to collections supervisor in identify some opportunities of campaigns and incentives to reinforce the collections recoveries of the area.
- Communicates with other departments and direction to resolve problems and expedite work.
- Quality Control of Collections areas.
- Sets a standard for excellence to ensure high quality of delivery and continuous improvement.
- Support in ad-hoc activities.
