Job ID: R44761**Collections Representative**Primary Location: Monterrey, Nuevo Leon Mexico**Duties and Responsibilities**The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:- Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to determine the root cause of aging invoices- Leverage systems functionality and established processes to resolve aging invoices- Work within established procedures and adhere to quality guidelines- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and/or leadership- Support and contribute ideas for process improvement- Develop professional relationships with internal and external customers, maintaining open lines of communication and building rapport by providing timely and professional service- Continue to develop skills and build knowledge of the collections process- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country-specific requirements**Qualifications**Required:- High School Diploma or GED- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)Preferred:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Effective and flexible communication skills- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills- Critical thinking skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment- Values a diverse and inclusive work environmentCH Robinson is an equal opportunity employer.
