As a **Data Intelligence Specialist,** you will transform complex data into applicable strategies that enhance training programs and operational efficiency across Universidad Comex and its commercial teams. This job is located in CDMX #LI-Hybrid **Main Responsibilities** - Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities - Design and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms - Interpret data to create recommendations — beyond visualization - Collaborate with teams (technical advisors, commercial, product, and content teams) to understand data needs and deliver impactful insights - Present findings through clear, humanized communication tailored to diverse audiences (from store teams to senior management) - Explore latest trends and technologies in data analytics **Qualifications** - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field - 1-3 years of proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling - Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and Power BI - To simplify complex data for non-technical audiences - Disruptive mindset — open to innovation and proposing new approaches - Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 remote) Benefits such as medical insurance, salary and life insurance will be discussed in the interview process. **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every single day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** **We are "One PPG" to the world.** **We trust our people every day, in every way.** **We make it happen.** **We run it like we own it.** **We do better today than yesterday - everyday.** Benefits will be discussed with you by your recruiter during the hiring process.
