DiDi strives to create better life experiences and greater social value, by building a safe, inclusive and sustainable transportation and local services ecosystem for cities of the future.LI-HybridTeam Overview:Become a strategic Business Partner in the creation of stakeholder value by leveraging data to deliver insightful, timely, and accurate information and recommendations that lead to customer-centric improvements in the operation of DiDi’s delivery business in Mexico.Role Responsibilities:Enhancing Data Visibility- Collaborate with the CX team and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, under the guidance of the team leader.- Design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key business information.- Continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.Document Insights & best practices- Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.- Support Business Process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage.- Gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboards creators) to generate insights.- Assist BI team members in qualitative research and analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.- Observe and learn from experienced BI team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.- Support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis.Role Qualifications:- Interest in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Consulting)- Preferred Background: Active student of a bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Actuary and other affine disciplines- Passion for Continuous Improvement- Passion for numbers- Communication and Team Work skills- Basic Excel,- Basic SQL,- Plus: Python, R- Fluency in English.EEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
