**About the role**

As a **Consumer Insights Associate**, you’ll support our marketing and product teams by delivering high-quality consumer research and analysis. Your mission is to help Klar understand its users deeply—from behaviors and motivations to preferences and pain points. You’ll work across first-party data, research platforms, and external agencies to generate insights that guide strategic decisions across the business.

In addition to research and analysis, you will also be responsible for overseeing the copies, wording, and navigation within the app, ensuring that the user experience aligns with customer expectations and insights. Your work will directly influence how users interact with and perceive Klar’s product.

**What you can expect**:

- **Relationship & Talent Management**
- Coordinate with external research agencies (e.g., Kantar, Nielsen, Ipsos, GfK) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality research outputs.
- Support internal stakeholders (marketing, product, UX, and leadership) by understanding their insight needs and aligning deliverables accordingly.
- Build and manage relationships with data platform vendors (e.g., Qualtrics, Suzy, Zappi) and ensure efficient tool usage.
- **Strategic Campaign Thinking**
- Translate consumer insights into strategic recommendations that influence marketing campaigns, brand messaging, and product development.
- Contribute to creative briefing by sharing consumer trends, personas, and attitudinal data.
Identify unmet consumer needs or new opportunities through trend analysis, segmentation, and voice-of-customer research.
- Oversee the copies, wording, and navigation within the app to ensure consistency with consumer insights and optimal user experience.
- **Analytical Skills & ROI Mindset**
- Build and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio to track key consumer metrics over time.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, segmentation studies, and brand health tracking to measure campaign impact and market perception.
- Use data from platforms like Google Analytics, Brandwatch, and CRM systems to link consumer behavior with business outcomes.
- **Brand and Regulatory Awareness**
- Ensure all research conducted complies with GDPR, data privacy regulations, and ethical research standards.
- Advocate for unbiased, inclusive research practices that represent Klar’s diverse customer base.
- Partner with legal and compliance teams to ensure insights collection methods meet internal and external standards.

**What we are looking for**:

- Data-driven with strong critical thinking skills and a passion for turning numbers into stories.
- Proficient in survey design, data analysis, and data visualization tools.
- Experienced with consumer research methodologies—both qualitative and quantitative.
- Comfortable managing vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholder relationships.
- Familiar with tools such as Tableau, SPSS, Qualtrics, Power BI, Excel, and Google Analytics.
