**Position Title**:Associate Director - LATAM Consumer Marketing**

The manager needs deep understanding of customer insights and ability to couple that understanding with brand strategies to develop and execute successful plan/campaigns. The Position

We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and visionary leader to join our team as the **Associate Director - LATAM Consumer Marketing**. In this high-impact role, you will drive the consumer engagement agenda across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia, shaping and executing innovative, insight-driven strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among patients and healthcare consumers.

You will be at the forefront of redefining how we connect with end-users, leveraging a deep understanding of their needs to influence brand strategy at the highest levels. Working cross-functionally with country teams and global stakeholders, you will ensure seamless strategy development, localization, and execution across the region.

As a Consumer Strategy Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

- Develop and implement content-driven campaigns aimed at educating patients and encouraging them to seek medical treatment.
- Innovate approaches for patient interaction, including the creation of new solutions, digital ecosystems, and collaboration initiatives in the field of patient engagement.
- Guide brand teams in identifying consumer insights by collaborating with Market Research and Creative Agency partners. Ensure a comprehensive understanding of all consumer insights and identify the most relevant ones for the overall brand strategy.
- Take the lead in developing consumer messaging and actively collaborate with agencies on the creation of creative platforms.
- Lead ideation and development of novel strategies to reach and support customers, such as exploring opportunities in digital health, based on the business needs.
- Develop social media partnerships with platforms, channels, digital Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), patient, KOLs, and other collaborations as needed, to promote disease awareness and education.
- Monitor metrics and adjust campaign parameters to enhance overall impact.
- Formulate and execute the operational Patient Engagement plan in alignment with the patient engagement strategy.
- Establish and nurture networks and partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist brand teams in shaping their consumer marketing strategies, including the selection of target consumer segments, development of Patient Journey, and definition of brands’ Critical Success Factors.

**About You**

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in consumer marketing companies, brand strategy, or patient engagement within consumer sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing regional strategies in LATAM markets.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, patient ecosystems, and consumer behavior in healthcare.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to balance vision with execution.
- Solid project management experience and skills and operational excellence mind set (governance)
- Experience of developing and leading project in the absence of set procedures (creating a precedent)

Location: Brazil or Mexico

**Additional Information**:

- Some travel is possible, up to 5-15%
