Our client, leader Italian multinational company operating in the industrial and manufacturing industry within the B2B sector, is looking for a:
**Chief Financial Officer**

This person will report to the Plant Manager of Guadalajara, Mexico

The CFO is responsible for performing effective risk management and planning the organization’s financial strategy and he must be well-versed in all aspects of financial management. His ultimate goal is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

**Main Activities**:

- Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long-term operational goals, budgets and forecasts and provide insight and recommendations to both short-term and long-term growth plan of organization
- Prepare and present monthly financial budgeting reports including monthly profit and loss, forecast vs. budget and cash flow. Develop and maintain monthly operating budget and annual company operating budget
- Review and analyze monthly financial results and provide recommendations
- Oversee the preparation and communication of monthly and annual financial statements and ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data
- Manage cash flow planning process and ensure funds availability
- Oversee cash, investments and asset management area and explore new investment opportunities and provide recommendations on potential returns and risks
- Maintain outstanding banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners and remain current on audit best practices as well as state, federal and local laws regarding company operations

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Italian is a plus
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; Master Degree is a plus
- At least 6 years of experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
- Analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Leadership and People Management skills
