**About the Role**

The International Trade Analyst will supports the business and operations team in the management and follow up of Drop shipment orders by making sure all documentation needed is complete, will also coordinate with the Customers and Global Supply Chain Management all the related topics related with the booking and schedule of the product, and will work very closely with Order Management team in order to deliver all DI products according to the plan.

**What You Will Do**
- Will support in making informed decisions about exporting and importing goods and services and optimizing the global supply chain (example: will gather information about Master Data, HS codes, Certificate of origin, etc.).
- Will coordinate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure that all shipments comply with international shipping regulations and documentation requirements.
- Will provide guidance on tariff classifications, duty rates, and import/export restrictions to ensure compliance with global trade compliance standards.
- Will coordinate the certificates Of Origin with supply and vendors and will make sure all the information is accurate.
- Will make analysis about containers fulfilment to optimize container capacity.

**What You Need to Be Successful**
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in international business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in international trade topics.
- Key Skills: English: B1 (Intermediate), written, conversational and reading.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Numerical skills with excellent analytical skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Office (Excel (Create macros, pivot tables, advance data analysis, reports), Power point, Word)

**Bonus Points if You Have**
- Knowledge in SAP (Production Module)
- Knowledge in Power BI
- Experience in Industries: Fast moving consumer goods, Retail, electronics.

- Flexibility in working hours is required due to the nature of global operations in the supply chain.
