Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Production Control Planner located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Materials Manager the Production Control Planner role involvesResponsible for supporting materials and production functions

What a typical day looks like:

- Scope of this position goes from receiving the clear to build from the master planner to getting the Finish goods produced in time for the shipment and having a close follow-up with manufacturing on production schedule compliance. Includes also the material control on the production floor.
- Production control planner, who elaborates the production plan and releases and closes work orders
- The Production Control Planner is responsible for the inventory accuracy on the production floor, and to keep under control KPIs such as work order aging, excess material in the production floor, aging material in the production floor, and total material loss avoidance.
- The individual in this position needs to have strong analytical skills and be able to elaborate root cause analysis and corrective actions related to material loss.
- Strong leadership skills are needed with both direct and indirect labor.
- Notifies Materials and Program Management of material situations that affect the attainment of the production plan.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Previous experience in Baan/LN logistics & Distribution area.
- Knowledge in the area of planning, production, or warehouse.
- Management of MRP inventory systems.
- Must possess Strong Communication & Coordination Skills.
- Schedule availability.
