**Responsable comercial de los segmentos de soluciones y sistemas en DI PA (SE&C, A&E, MIGCI ) y Vertical de Process Automation.**
- **Responsabilidad a nível P&L del segmento de soluciones y sistemas de control distribuido, así como del desarrollo de las posiciones de balance y determinación de Cash Flow, al nível de planificación y análisis mensual de resultados y desviaciones. Análisis detallado de OPEX, Own, Common and Support Functions. inversiones en activos fijos, etc. Determinación de tarifas para la medición de productividad, implementación de medidas contingentes de control.**
- **Negociación de contratos con clientes y proveedores, análisis de riesgos y cumplimiento de normativas internas aplicables. Definición de modelos de financiamiento para clientes en proyectos, y aseguramiento de la recuperación de cartera.**
- **Coordinación de Monthly Project Management Review al interior de la BU para discutir el desarrollo de proyectos, análisis de riesgos, interacción con áreas de soporte periféricas al desarrollo de proyectos: SCM, Logística, Vertical Sales, Legal, Taxes, Accounting, Cash Collection, entre otras.**
- **Preparación mensual del Project Performance Reporting (PPR) para Casa Matriz en coordinación con el área técnica, presentación de proyectos “on demand”. Comunicación con Casa Matriz sobre el desarrollo de proyectos, argumentación de desviaciones y estrategia de contingencia y remediación en el caso que aplique.**
- **Vertical de Process Automation, planificación y control de la estructura de costos, formulación y seguimiento del cumplimiento de planes por Unidad de Negocio en conjunto con los Vertical Managers, gestión de SLA’s celebrados con Casa Matriz.**
